When looking for the perfect website design company last year, I just happened to stumble upon a Phoenix website design company that looked promising. They had not been in business for a long time but they were not exactly newbie’s either. I wanted a younger website design company that I knew could build me a site that would keep up with the ever growing internet.

I did not want someone who had been doing it for years and not knowledgeable with all the new tricks that are being introduced every day. The owner of the Phoenix website design company called me directly and that impressed me. It showed me that they were not so big, that I would just be on their list of clients and never gets any personal attention.

By the website design company owner taking the first step to squash that, I moved forward with having them build me a great site that has turned our worldwide sales to a whole new level. We have had to expand and hire more people to keep up with the sales that come in from our website alone. If I had known that this would happen, I would have had a website built years ago.

Selling coins became a hobby of my sons when he saw that I had a big collection stored away from when I was his age. I had almost forgotten about it until my parents moved from my family home to a new condo and cleaned out the attic. They told me that I should check into selling coins that were in it because they might actually be worth something now. They knew that when I was young and collecting them that they were just everyday coins but now that it is forty years later, they thought they could possibly have some value.

When I was collecting when I was about twelve the thought to sell coins from my huge collection had never crossed my mind. I just liked finding different coins of different years and from different countries too. I remember making a list of all the countries and trying to get coins from everyone. I did not even come close but my son and I might have to start working on that list again.

So after taking the collection of mine and actually hoping to sell coins from it to start collecting from all the countries, if has brought my son and I together doing something that we both truly enjoy.

The yearlong plan of link building that the SEO services company had laid out for our site was starting to pay off. I had followed the climb up the search engines for several keyword rankings but only over the past two months, have our sales jumped considerably. I think that it was probably just in time since the holidays were just getting underway. If this was what we were going to be able to expect for our holiday sales, then we were going to have a record breaking year.

It was my idea to hire the SEO services company after reading an article in a computer magazine and how important link building had become to the success of websites. I knew that we were not doing any link building and that we needed to look into it. I made several calls to other CEO’s that I knew would point me in the right direction of some reputable SEO services companies.

Once we laid out everything we needed to rank for, the plan was put into action and we started slowly climbing the ladder of the search engines. Our sales were slowly climbing also but I had faith that we would soon see some really good results and it is finally coming true.

I wanted to be the first to go over to the neighbor’s house and tell them how nice it looked with their new storm doors. I think that their choice of wrought iron doors was very smart; it sets their house apart from everyone else’s. I wish that I had been the one to have thought of that. I wonder if they would be offended if I had some new storm doors installed on my house.

I would probably have to go with a completely different color and style than their wrought iron doors or it would just look weird and like I copied them. Of course if they tell me that they would rather I not put up wrought iron doors then I will respect their wishes and keep up my old vinyl ones that are pretty much going to need to be replaced sometime in the next year or so anyways.

When I got to the neighbors house, I saw two other neighbors walking the same way. I think that I was still the first one to let them know how nice the house looked with the new doors, but I was certainly not going to be the last one for the day.

Our only chance of getting some different working poweredge servers, is finding some that have been refurbished back to their original state and are priced very low. Our technical budget is gone for the year and there is no way that we can keep paying to have the dell repair man come out and fix the servers we have one more time.

I truly believe that if we would have taken the money that we have given the dell repair man and saved it, we would have been able to afford a brand new pair of poweredge servers. Of course, this was not possible because we actually have to have the servers up and running to create the cash flow to pay for the repairs.

We do have some other ways that we may be able to get some new or used servers, but we will have to max out our credit cards to do it. We cannot come up with any other solutions to the problem and time is running out. All the managers are going to attend a meeting and vote on buying the poweredge servers with our credit cards, or just paying the dell repair man again when that time comes.

The first client that I referred to Danny DeMichele is still using him to keep his site up on the search engines. I was happy to hear it and asked him if he would help me by writing about his experiences with Danny DeMichele for all of the clients who do not choose to follow my advice and hire the very professional internet marketing genius.

My client told me that he would be happy to do that for me and if it helped Danny DeMichele build up his client base a little more than it would be worth it too. Four days later, a handwritten and typed letter arrived at my office. It was very nice and explained everything that Danny DeMichele had done for this guys site and how his sales were enough for him to retire and only sit back and collect the online sales money.

Since most of my clients had ecommerce websites, I knew that this would get their juices flowing and they would want the same thing. I sent a copy of it to every person I had helped get their sites off the ground and within twenty four hours, Danny DeMichele told me that he had heard from all but one of the four hundred clients I had sent the letter to.

I had a really hard time finding just the right used sun hardware parts that I needed to fix the servers in the office. I knew that if I did not find them in the last store I stopped at, that I would have to call and order them from a supplier that was out west and they would take at least four days to get here.

I was so glad to hear the girl behind the desk tell me that they did indeed have the used sun equipment that I had asked for. She had called to the back warehouse for one of the guys to bring them up. I made a phone call while I was waiting to let my boss know that I had in fact found all the used sun hardware that I needed to get the office back up and running.

I drove back to the office quickly and practically ran in with the parts to get to work. I wanted to make sure that no more sales than needed to be lost would be. I even skipped lunch and worked through dinner to get the servers back online and in good working order. I am very glad that the used sun hardware was at that computer store in town.

The number one thing that was at the top of my computer equipment necessities was the dell servers. I had heard so many horror stories from people who have bought less expensive brands of servers just to save a few bucks and they have problems with them all the time. I know that the company that I used to work for had dell servers and we never had any trouble with them.

So, when I decided to venture out on my own and open up my own practice, I already knew a good place to get used dell products from and planned on using them for everything that I could. I called and explained to them that I knew I was going to need at least two servers, but that they had to be dell. The lady read through the list of used dell servers that they had in stock and I chose two that were not the most expensive, but not the cheapest either.

I was proud of myself for getting all the computer necessities in one place and for getting exactly what I wanted. I did not have to compromise on anything. Every make and model that I wrote down, the online company had in stock and it will all be arriving in less than a week.

A vinyl siding contractor stopped by my house to tell me that they would be in the area next month and wanted to know if I wanted a free estimate on what it would cost to install vinyl siding on my home. I figured since they said it was free, I might as well have them do it. I did not think that I could afford to have them do it, but at least I would know how much it might cost me if I could do it in the future.

This same kind of thing happened last year, when a contractor that installed replacement windows knocked on my door and explained that they were just out in the neighborhood doing free estimates. When he came back up to my door, from figuring how much it would cost to put in replacement windows, I knew that I could actually afford it, and he did the work later that week.

If the vinyl siding contractor comes up with a really low number, then I might be able to get my parents to loan me the money to have the siding put on until I get my end of the year bonus. It would only be a three month loan, and they know that I will pay them back.

It took me a couple of days to find a link building company in my area that only does one way links. There were quite a few that said that they could do reciprocal link building for me but that they did not have the resources to handle one way links. I knew that sometimes the search engines figure out that you are just trading the links back and forth with the whole two way thing and I did not want to take the chance to have them re-index me and take my site down a page rank or two for it.

I hired the company that does the one way links and they have set up a standing order for me, granted that I start to see results from their link building efforts. I filled out an order form that explained which keywords that I want to rank for and how many one way links I wanted done each month.

I have told a couple of friends who are always complaining that their sites rank horrible, about this local company that does the link building and helps you to rank better. I am not sure if any of them have called and placed an order yet or not.
