When my dad brought home the used sun computer for me, I was less than thrilled. I had never heard of that company before, and had asked him for the same exact one that was in the window of the mall window. I had even written the name and model number down for him so he would not get the wrong one.

He told me that he had ordered two used sun servers at work, and the company that he had ordered them from had misplaced his order and had taken too long to get them to him. Because of the mix up, they sent him a free used sun computer to let him know how sorry they were about the misplaced order.

I cried and yelled at him, but he said that since he was given a free computer, he was not going to spend the money on a new one. He also told me that if I wanted it that bad that I could use my own money and buy it myself. I decided that I did not want to part with any of my money so I would give this thing a try.

The used sun computer ended up not being so bad after all. It did practically everything that the other one did; it just was not green like the one if the window. I suppose it was a good thing that the company mixed up the used sun servers order.
