News Day In and Day Out

I spend 12 hours at the office because that is my life. My work is very important to me and being a young professional, I made it a mission of mine to be a Junior Partner by the time I’m 30. Thus, living in the building is making me full. I don’t regret it, in fact, I love it! I am an extrovert; don’t think that a relationship with the opposite sex is imminent for me at the moment but surely tapping into that once in a while. My focus really is about my profession.

I leave home at 6am and wrap up my day at 6pm. When I pass by the news stand, papers are 15 hours old – I feel like I am so left behind. I don’t buy them anymore. But it does not mean that I am not a news-inclined person. Together with my cappuccino and daily morning bagel, I read the latest news from this Current Events News website that I so love. It provides me my daily dose of modern news with insights from the bible. It is one of a kind actually; I have never encountered a website so directed with biblical prophecies. It starts my day and ends it as well. At least, even if I am confined in the 4 corners of my office, I still know what is happening outside.

My Father’s Jack Van Impe Stories

The stories that my parents tell about Jack Van Impe and when they all grew up together are great. I guess that my father was his neighbor and they were really good friends in grade school. As they got older, my father started to run with a different crowd and Jack was not part of it.

My father does remember Jack Van Impe being a great student and a great leader at school though. My father had not made any plans for after high school and it seemed that Jack knew exactly what he wanted to do. That would be evident in the college that Jack chose. I know that my father is not a bad person and he would not even want to go back and change anything.

I am quite sure though, that he would want me to follow in the footsteps of Jack and not himself. My parents watch Jack Van Impe every chance that they get and they follow where he is traveling also, in hopes that someday he will come to town and they will be able to see him speak in person. If I would ever get the chance to make their dream come true, then I would do just that.

Do Not Expect Too Much From Your Children

It doesn’t matter whether its sports or academics or both, parents want their child to be superior or better than any other kid. No matter if it related to drawing a simple art or making their bed. They want that their kid should know everything more efficiently than any other kid. They wish that their child should learn all the things from more difficult such as hitting home run, winning gymnastics, or car racing.

Young children always want to get through their parents expectations. But parents should keep one thing in mind that they should not expect too much from their children. They should consider about their child safety as well. Many children are forced too much by their parents and they go into depression. They try to fulfill the dreams of their parents and when they cannot complete the task given by them then they become depressed and many of them commit suicide.

It becomes very dangerous to pressurize children to do something emotionally or orderly. Parents should understand that their child needs freedom to fly high in their career. Parents should not expect too much from their children in any case, otherwise there is a possibility when things will go wrong and your expectation will take some dangerous turn.

Parenting informed is the website where parents will get many childrens books and kids art book for their children. They can also seek help from the psychologist and other experts for any queries. Childrens hospital details are also available.
