My house needs major renovation.  The floors that are made of wood has been infested with termites already especially in the kitchen area.  The paints need to be replaced as well as the carpets in the rooms upstairs.  Lately, rumors has spread out that there may be a tropical storm again and a great chance of our place being flooded again.  My wife and I are discussing about what to do since we only have limited budget. 

We can have the kitchen renovated first.  We plan to change the wooden floors to ceramic floors Cary .  Ceramics are easier to clean than floors.   Added to that, termites and other pests do not thrive in ceramics.  In the long run, with enough money the whole flooring area may be changed to ceramics too.

The remodeling company that my friend has recommended to us is nothing but helpful and efficient.  They pay us a visit and give us free quotation of the kitchen remodeling services.  They give us options and designs to choose from.  I am inspired to work harder so the other parts of the house can be done immediately.  They are very professional and I know they are going to do an exceptional job.

My kids are always complaining about mosquito bites that’s why they don’t play that much anymore in our patio. They are always locked up in their rooms or in the living room where everything is just crowded. Since I’m a teacher, I know how important it is for kids to have their own independent time playing and discovering on their own. Doing this in their rooms or in the living room is not the right place. So, I told myself that I had to think of a way for my kids to play in a comfortable spot.

My mother came home one day crying, which she rarely did, because she lost her job.  Her company of which she served for 5 years was affected with the flailing of the nation’s economy.  On a lighter note, they were promised a separation fee which would be given not after 3 months.  The following days were spent searching for jobs until she received an email that her mobile phone was schedule to be cut off in 3 days time.  She had missed it and had completely forgotten about it.  The worst part was we did not have any cash left for that.  Mom was hysterical.  She could not afford to lose a phone.

I consider spending a day with the dentist a “Fear Factor” challenge (admit it! Everyone does!). But today I’m not here about my toothaches; I’m here to consult my dentist about preventative dentistry for my kid. My little boy is very stubborn about brushing his teeth, and I would like to ask him for any advice that may help my kid reconsider. The only way a child usually becomes attentive or aware to their oral health, is when they experience a toothache. I don’t want to wait for that to happen before he listens to reason.

Our family dentist said that being responsible is something that can be taught at an early stage. You’ll just need proper patience and approach to make it work. He suggested that I bring my child to his clinic, so that he can give him some basic knowledge about oral and dental health. After two days I brought my kid to the clinic and was ushered into a “kiddy” room. There my dentist explained the importance of having healthy teeth. He even has pictures that show’s how to take good care of your teeth. He told my kid that partials won’t look good on someone so young. Since that day my son always brushes his teeth after every meal. I’m glad that my dentist helped me, he will surely appreciate our help when he grows older.

I am college student taking law.  I spent long and endless nights doing research and thesis and making sure that they are stored in my HP laptop.  For me, my laptop is my partner.  It makes my workload easier.  I am able to do my research around the world just by staying inside my room. 

One day, my partner suddenly had given up on me.  I am a law student not a computer technician.  So I decided to bring my equipment to a computer repair shop that specializes in fixing HP computers.  I badly needed my laptop since I would be doing a defense on the case study for my midterm examination.  My world went upside down when I was told by the technician that they did not have the part needed to fix my laptop.  There was no other computer repair shop available in the neighborhood.

Fortunately, there is an existing store that also specializes in selling HP Parts I came across with while I was doing my research a week ago about how destructing computer parts could be if not properly disposed. 

I immediately got hold of them and asked about if they have a refurbished Used HP part that I was looking for.  They never ran out of HP Parts and its components.  I received the package the following day and was able to defend my case study with flying colors too.

Get your expressions on the work! Let your t shirts say what you can’t. I’ve always been part of the modest society who keeps his mouth shout in fear of saying anything offensive. The shy guy who’s always been bullied by those who are assertive. My girlfriend always wants me to stand up for myself but I really can’t. I guess I’ve tried out all her patience that in one of my birthdays, she hands me this statement t-shirt. I took a good look at it and I just said to myself, I’ll never wear this. It’s just too much. No way—I’d probably get into trouble.

I really felt so awkward, but when my girlfriend saw mw, she gave a good laugh so contagious that I smiled as well. Come to think of it, wearing these statement tees aren’t meant to be embarrassing. Funny t shirts are supposed to be funny. And I could buy that now.

I’ve always been an F1 enthusiast, and that’s what drove me to buy myself a 2008 Pontiac Solstice.
