I read a flyer at the mall that talked about how to sell gold jewelry and make lots of money. I had been seeing a lot of commercials on television about that same thing and been wondering if my old jewelry would be worth enough money for me to even dig it out. My husband seems to think that even if I do not get tons of money, it is better than having nothing for it.

I know that a few of the local jewelry shops have advertised that they will buy gold and I thought about just seeing what they would be willing to give me. Then I thought that if you do that, they might tell other people, or you might see other people while you are in there and they might wonder why you are looking to sell gold jewelry.

In the flyer, it talked about selling gold online and that to me would be the most private way. I told my husband that I was going to think a little bit about it but selling gold online was probably the way that I would do it. He agreed that we did not want the whole town talking about us having money problems.

I ended up paying about eight dollars apiece for the girls pajamas than I did for the boys pajamas. All in all, I donated twenty pairs of footed pajamas to the shelter and the kids could not stop thanking me. It feels really good to donated and give back to the community.

My sister and I have been running the same gym for twenty years now and every other week, a new salesman walks in to try and sell us something. This week, we had the pleasure of having two different salesmen come in.

On Tuesday, a cleaning products salesman came in to show us all of his products and how they are really good for the environment. I have never been one to give any time to these guys, but the whole green thing made me pay attention. He gave us about ten different samples of various cleaning products that are not harmful to people, plants or animals and told us that he would be back at the end of the week to see how we liked them.

Then on Thursday, a safety supplies salesman came into the gym and showed me and my sister all of the new safety products that are available on the market today. I was not as impressed with the safety supplies guy, but he made a small sale since some of our first aid kits were a little out of date. Now that he sold us something, I know that he will be back all the time.

I think that their choice of wrought iron doors was very smart; it sets their house apart from everyone else’s. I wish that I had been the one to have thought of that. I wonder if they would be offended if I had some new storm doors installed on my house.

I would probably have to go with a completely different color and style than their wrought iron doors or it would just look weird and like I copied them. Of course if they tell me that they would rather I not put up wrought iron doors then I will respect their wishes and keep up my old vinyl ones that are pretty much going to need to be replaced sometime in the next year or so anyways.

When I got to the neighbors house, I saw two other neighbors walking the same way. I think that I was still the first one to let them know how nice the house looked with the new doors, but I was certainly not going to be the last one for the day.
